Andy is an excellent Product Specialist. I came in, told him exactly what I wanted, and he made it happen. Buying a car in 2023 is like pulling teeth. Not at Scott Mazda. Andy, Nick, Alex, and Tony were wonderful. They gave me what I wanted and respected my budget. Great team. I love my new CX-30! Thank you.

Wow, Just wow! My car broke down around the holidays(worst thing that could happen to a person with disabilities) and after calling around for days, I found Scott Mazda and an awesome agent named Miriam who took care of all my needs along side the amazing owner Alex. She arranged for me to be picked up over an hour away and made the process super easy and comfortable when I arrived, the whole staff did, thank you again Miriam I love my new Mazda Cx-30 ! Highly recommend Scott Mazda!

I can't say enough good things about Scott Mazda. I have purchased 5 Mazdas from them and can't imagine going anywhere else. Buying a car has always been my absolute least favorite thing to do. I have always dreaded it. However with Scott, it's stress free. Each time, I have been very transparent with what I want, and they always deliver. Last week I planned on buying out my current lease because I didn't think there was any way they could make a trade happen within my needs. Saturday, I drove off in a beautiful new CX-30. Alex and Beth are absolutely fantastic! Thank you, both!

Extremely unsatisfied! Poor customer service. I scheduled a 2:30pm appointment with SHUTTLE service because I work (like most people, of course!). So, the advisor tells me he’ll call for shuttle service typically every 15 mins, I’m assuming as needed. So a good 20 mins goes by so I courteously ask if the shuttle is near and I get, “Yup he’ll be here”. Needless to say way too many 15 minutes went by and no shuttle in sight. So I get a call at this point it’s 3:25pm, to tell me about some stuff my vehicle needs. Well, I tell the advisor im still here I’ll go to you. He was surprised to see me still there or at least I think he was. Anyway, long story short I guess, this is completely unacceptable, I was then told we have enough time to get the rest of the job done, but I didn’t have the enough time to wait. A loaner was offered. Didn't want it because I was already upset and not planning on giving my money here! So, with that being said I will most definitely not give Scott Mazda my money ever again! I would not recommend this place to any family members (I know your probably thinking we don’t need your business, buddy) but let me tell you word by mouth spreads. To finish this time consuming-ness. I hope you do better for the next customer!

I bought a 2016 Kia sorento ex on 05/26/23 44 days later while I was on vacation. I couldn't get it out of park. you see it came with no cover, the cover says shift lock release, I stuck a screwdriver in there to release it, it did, but now I got to keep doing it. they told to take it to a kia dealership, ready for the price $1158 that's before taxes. you can't tell me that anybody up there didn't notice that piece was, they see this on a daily basis. it's blatantly obvious who had the car before me, it happened to them. I asked many people and I get the same answer they knew. I tried texting the person who sold me the car never heard back from him or anybody, its obvious it's a red flag. they expect me to pay that much money to get it fixed, I only had the car for 44 days. to me they deserve a negative star but I have to give them one, it's more than what they deserve. such. B.S. I never got my first month service check, what does that tell you, I'm going to have my mechanic look at it tomorrow to see if it's worth keeping

I wonder if they really want to sell any cars! My wife and I went to the dealership around 3 PM on Friday, 6/23/2023, the second stop of the day searching for an ideal new vehicle. The receptionist was playing her cell phone when we entered the door. She just looked at us and went back to what she was doing, without greeting us. A middle age person looked at us and then left. We walked around looking at the vehicles in the show room. After a few minutes, we asked the receptionist if this is the service department, sarcastically (she never asked us if we need help ever since we entered the showroom). She pointed the other way and said the service department is over there. We told her we are interested in talking to a sales rep for new vehicles. She then went to the back to call someone, and the guy just left the showroom came back, with something in mouth chewing (lunch time?). His attitude did not really seems wanting to sell anything, but more like just answering our questions when he was asked. My wife and I both had the question in mind "are they selling anything?" and decided leave the place and never come back. Update: In response to the "Response from the owner": Because we were not patient, we went to another dealer close by, where we felt the warm welcome, so we purchased a new car from them! And the review for Scott Mazda stays one star!

Buying a new vehicle should be an easy process. Yet this hasn't been. It has extremely been difficult. We bought two new vehicles in April and now it's September. We are STILL dealing with issues. We will never purchase vehicles from here nor out of state again. Everything was great until they received our signatures. The salesman was rude afterwards. There have been mistakes with our registration and license plates that are still on going and aren't resolved. I understand DMV is hard to deal with. But if there were multiple mistakes made on Scott Mazda's end, why is this placed on us? Our front license plate holders STILL aren't placed on our vehicles after 5 months. Per our state law, front plates are required. This is ridiculous. Never again!
